I run trails, mostly, around 30 miles per week. In North Carolina summers sweat soon soaks my shoes and socks yet I have never had a blister or even an irritation. I often cross streams and run on for many miles in comfort. I never need to take off my shoes to “smooth” my socks. They are a bit more expensive but they last and last for YEARS.
