Is the percentage of carbamide peroxide actually 44% in this product? And what percentage of hydrogen peroxide is in it? As in England we can only buy it with 0.1% of both ingredients in it. Thanks

They say it is, but I highly doubt it. I have used products with 44% and did not get, or feel, the same results with this product.

No. It won't be held in place or on long enough to be effective at all.

I really don't know of any. I usually just toss them or give them to friends. I have custom trays that I use and don't need them either.

How often should you use trays. How long do you leave it on? No directions

Twice a week. I would not leave them on more than 20 minutes first time. I left mine on 30 minutes twice a week after I knew my teeth would not hurt. If you left them on to long believe me you will know.
