I purchased these napkins in the blue and green colors. They are VERY different. The blue ones do not need to be ironed. they don't wrinkle after being washed and dried at med/high heat. They did shrink from the 20"x20" to 19.5"x18.5". This shrinkage seemed very acceptable. They are very soft and absorbant.The green napkins are a nice color and also very soft. However, they wrinkle badly with the same washing and need a quick ironing to make them look nice for the table. They also shrink more than the blue ones. After wash/dry in the same load, they now measure 18.25"x17.5". I still like them and will be happy using them. It is just very odd that one color wrinkles and the other doesn't as they feel like the same fabric.

I bought these to keep them in a neat stack next to our workout equipment and use them as exercise towels. For this purpose they work fine. They are a good size and they are soft and don't have any lint. However they wrinkle an insane amount after washing, so if you are using them as dinner napkins beware, you will def have to iron these or they will look messy. I've washed them a few times and they seem to hold up well, just a ton of wrinkles.

I got a set of these napkins in both gray and green. These napkins are super soft and the colors are true to the pictures. The fabric is lighter weight than expected, but the soft weave will work perfectly well as a table napkin.I would give the gray set four stars. The gray set had a LOT of loose threads when received. I cut off the threads, washed, and ironed them, and they are lovely. No more loose threads appeared, so they are securely sewn and the fabric is sturdy.I would give the green set 2 stars. 7 of the 12 napkins were mis-cut so they are more trapezoidal than square. The first photo is a trapezoid fresh out of the dryer, and the second photo is after ironing and trying to stretch it to be more square. The third photo is one of the "good" 5 napkins that are cut correctly. While I welcome non-conforming personal expression in general and I would never want to force someone to be "square," these are just table napkins. And I want them to be square, as advertised, so they can be folded neatly and look orderly.I will keep both sets of napkins because I like the textures and colors. And I will continue to coerce the recalcitrant green napkins into conforming to square napkin norms.

These napkins look exactly as they appear in the photos, but one thing you can’t see is how incredibly soft they are. They do wrinkle a bit when you wash them, but this works well for a more rustic less tailored look. Of course you can always iron them. In all I highly recommend them!

I ordered these napkins in yellow. They are wonderful. They wash beautifully and maintain their size and thickness. No ironing needed. They don't shrink. They are lovely.I wanted green napkins and did not hesitate to purchase these same napkins. The green napkins are not remotely similar in thickness or quality. After 2 washings one has begun to fall apart. They are very thin and have to be ironed after washing even when removed immediately from the dryer. I like the color so will keep them and use sparingly but am highly disappointed. Now I understand the mix in reviews. Apparently there is not a quality standard to ensure consumers receive the same product across the spectrum of colors offered. I won't purchase from this seller again.

I ordered 24 of these to have a sufficient number in one dye lot. Obviously, they came from two different factories. The shades were noticeably different, and even the weave was different. Out of the box they are soft and lovely, once you wash them, they become a wrinkled nightmare. Not wanting to admit defeat, I have washed them many times, and actually ironed them. Something I never would have imagined doing in a million years but I thought the cotton fibers might learn to relax, as linen often does. I have had them for many weeks now, they are less wrinkled, but I still would not put them on my table without pressing. And they still do not match.

Napkins were exactly as pictured. Colour is great and the size is perfect. Also, like the cloth band with button that holds them together.

Have to IRON after every wash. Kind of looked faded when arrived
