Fun seeing what critters come out at night!
There was something eating our tomatoes so we put up this critter cam - has been fun seeing the shenanigans that happen at night on our deck. We’re in California so waiting for a big cat to walk through too or a coyote, it’s like “Wild Kingdom” out here!

Bottom Drop
I do not like that the batteries are inserted from the bottom. You need to remove the camera to insert the batteries. Yes it can be done while still mounted, but it is a pain as they want to slide out as you put in the next set.

Great Product
We are really enjoying the data from our Wraith game camera. We have a feral pig problem at our remote property and we’re curious about how many pigs and other animals we had. It has been really interesting and helpful. We liked this first one so much we bought two more.

Works great with exceptional battery life. I have two . One is used as a community security camera that takes many images per month. Still works great.

Great camera
The media could not be loaded. Great camera for the price....I ordered 4 of them for around my cabin....they haven't disappointed me

On low sensitivity it takes pictures constantly
I put this camera up 2x this season. And both times it was taking picture and after picture from the second I put it up. Literally 2-3 pictures a minute, every minute, til the SD card was filled. I have thousands of useless pictures for 1-2 days after it was mounted. Also the 2nd time I put it up(hoping the 1st experience was just a fluke) the display was giving me issues with lighting up. Save your more and spend a little bit more for a spypoint. The button power is another big issue for me. Its hard to tell if its still powered on after the display goes dark. The spypoints have an actual on/off switch making it much easier to walk away in confidence knowing its on.

not as sensitive as I wanted
I got this camera to place on our dock so I could catch things like otters and other elusive critters. I set it up maybe 30' from where they appear but have yet to get a photo, even when I know for sure they have been there. So I'm disappointed with the range and sensitivity of this camera.On the other hand, I have gotten some great shots of and owl and a heron in the middle of the night, and the photo quality is quite good.Setup is a little awkward but makes sense once you get the hang of it. It is a little hard to know whether the camera is actually on, however, and I will also note that it's possible to put the card in backwards and not realize it. Having to pull the card to know whether you got anything is inconvenient and I'm wishing I'd gotten a camera with Bluetooth abilities.
