I would not call it a hot sauce, but it is a really great sauce. It’s got a strong yummy curry flavor! We love to put it on roasted veggies and.m rice and it really punches up the flavor!

I love this sauce ! Weak Knees makes some of my favorite sauces. Always great flavor! I do wish the bottles were bigger, but that’s only because I use them up so fast ! Highly Recommended!

I eat a lot of Huy Fong foods Sriracha, the classic on with green top. This Weak Knees was fine, it has an okay flavor but there is nearly no spiciness to it Because there is no heat, because the flavor is just fine and because the price is a little higher than I think it should be It gets 4 stars.

I have enjoyed hot and spicy food all my life. Even as a kid, and by college I was eating whole hot peppers like candy. I was eating hot sauces on eggs long before you could find in on the table at restaurants. I always ate the spicy foods at Chinese, Indian, and Thai restaurants. I went to Korea in the 80s and fell in love with their spicy BBQ sauces. So my point is I know all types of spicy sauces. I gave the Weak Knees regular Sriracha sauce a try first and then the Curry version. I have to say I love the Curry version the most. I eat it on about anything. It is especially good with any kind of soup, chili, and stew. It's a must on any meats you grill. Give it a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I'll be honest. I liked this product. It has a nice and smooth, yet mild curry & gochujang flavor. The sauce goes great on scrambled eggs, baked tilapia, roasted vegetables and even fish tacos. My true disappointment lies in the value vs. money spent. The bottle is SMALL and it's my own fault for not reading the size listing. However, I feel like I paid $11 for $5 of product.

I have put this stuff on almost everything. Really great on a veggie pizza and in Mac and cheese. Don’t judge me, but it’s also great on PayDay candy bars. On a more serious note, quinoa, sweet potatoes, and almost any Asian food you can imagine have their flavor profiles improved with this product. I’m on my 3rd bottle of this stuff.

The flavor is something different but wonderful. The blend is perfect - only mildly hot. It almost is like a 3D flavor. Once you taste it you immediately know what foods it would be fantastic on. For me it's been eggs and hamburgers!
