The first thing I was upset about was that, I had to order this package twice. The first time I purchased, it was due for free 2-day shipping. Everything went as planned except for on the day of delivery. I received notification that my package was 10 stops away early in the morning and expected it before noon, but when I didn't received by EOB, I was concerned. Only to find out that my order was cancelled??? Super confused. So, I immediately purchased again and sent it to a box to avoid further issues. Secondly, you have to put everything together yourself. Pompons, banner, everything. The fans were easy to put together, everything else was sort of a beating. Plus they only sent you ONE 2-inch straw to blow up ALL those balloons which was unpleasant because only one person could blow them up instead of having some help.
