Is that a glass bottle?

It is a plastic bottle. I just noticed something today. I didn't notice much from the product so stopped using it and put it in my storage locker for the winter. The color was initially the rust-red color but after a winter of sub zero temperatures it is now clear. Not sure of it's significance but I will not buy the product again.

How long is the Energold good for after opening? I've been keeping it in a dark cabinet and its been open for 2 years.

I no longer take the product because it gave me a headache. I had it in an unheated storage locker for two years and it turned completely clear making me suspicious of the product. That said, maybe try taking a very small amount of it and see how you react to it.

I am having trouble finding instructions for dosages. I have the spray bottle but I only see people commenting 1tsp

Proper dosage will vary depending on age, weight etc. Start with just 1/8 or 1/4 tsp early in the morning. If no effect then keep upping the dosage. Personally, even 1/8 tsp gave me a headache so I stopped taking it.
