Not so privacy, doesn't let the light in as much as in the description or pictures. And problem is, someone can see thru the film still. I have this on my porch window because I get tired of people walking by and looking in the window just cause' we have the kitchen light on. My house is off the ground at about 4 1/2 feet and as usual, height makes window looking in easier from a far distance.
