How hard is it to apply them with wrinkles in a tight fitting figure skate?

I applied these to the back of a pair of sneakers that had a chunk of the heal missing.  I just laid it over the areas/material and pressed down.  Very durable!

Question 2

Will these adhere to the neoprene sock of a walking cast.

Thank you for your question! Our Patches will stick to the fabric side of the neoprene, unless it is treated with something. If you wanted to try our ENGO Patches I would recommend our Rectangle Patches. They have a bigger surface area with rounded edges to help with peeling. You can also cut and customise them down to your perfect size. Our Heel Patches are more designed for placement in athletic shoes. If the Patches have a hard time sticking for some reason, you can always use "Shoe Goo" or contact cement, Barge or Master, for a secondary adhesive. Question 3

How strong is the adhesive on these? Considering applying them to the inside heels of leather Allen Edmonds dress shoes but want to remove later.

It’s strong enough. I use them on my running shoes and they come off without leaving residue. Not sure the fabric behind your dress shoes but should do the job. Only downside if a corner starts to peel off, it might start to get stuck to your foot or sock.

Question 4

Where do these mount on the shoe?  I get heel blisters caused by the top edge of the shoe, but the pictures show these mounted just under that edge.

I mounted mine well into the heel cup. I don’t know that you would be able to secure them high enough to provide the protection you are looking for.
