Good one.. But very expensive
A bit pricey... But I needed it the most for my preemie baby boy.. As normal teat's flow are not ok for him to feed..

Good product and results for my baby
I originally bought the size 1 nipples for my newborn son, but the flow was a little too fast for him. It was difficult for him to swallow comfortably, and he would finish the milk too quickly, which meant he needed a larger amount to feel full. I decided to try the preemie flow nipples, and they made a big difference. The slower flow gives my baby time to feed more comfortably, and he has to work a little more while eating, which seems much better for him. He no longer chokes or struggles with swallowing, and feeding feels much more natural. The silicone is soft but durable, and the nipples fit perfectly with the Dr. Brown’s narrow bottles. They are easy to clean and hold up well after regular use . Overall, this is a high-quality product and a great option for newborns or babies who need a slower flow nipple.

Good
I got these for my nursing baby so use for pumped milk when mom is taking a minute.. Great! Anything above a P is too heavy a flow. Recommend for breastfeeding babies that have a hard time with flow when taking a bottle.

Helped avoid nipple confusion
This has been used by my baby for the first 5 months of his life. Saved us both from nipple confusion since he is breastfed but also drinks pumped milk from a bottle. This helped slow the flow of milk enough from the bottle that he is working just enough, not too hard to suck but also not just flowing freely without effort.
