The best
A little bit gives a firm hold. Of all the clays I've used this is the best. The first time I bought it I didn't like the way it's hard to get off your hands after application. Don't use water or soap, just rub off with a dry towel. Worth the slight inconvenience for the superior results.

New formula has ruined my hair
The new formula has ruined my hair - I've used this for years and it's the only product that worked for me, but like another reviewer the new formula feels like it's killing my hair. Turned it into a bone dry, tangled, knotted mess that I'm sure is making my hair fall out. This is *after* I've washed it out, conditioned etc. Having to use all sorts of products to try and get my hair back to normal. There's got to be a chemical that shouldn't be used in any product in this new formula. Also bought many different tubs to see if it was a bad batch/formulation and all the same.

The best clay I have used, harder and harder to get hold of these days but I have tried loads and this is my my number 1

Doesnโt easily wash out!
First time using fish. I found it to be very hard thick clay in the pot, really had scrape to get it out. It has nice smell to it. Recommended is a pea size amount and warm up in the palm of your hand. Then apply from the back to front. I did just that. Worked in well when I get it going but was a little bit clumpy. Has a matte finish and a strong hold and was reworkable throughout the day. I knew it was going to be tricky to wash out when I washed my hands after applying it. After a day I went to was it out and it doesnโt wash out very easily. Only slightly easier to wash out than Dax wax for those of you that know! Overall it is a good product. Just washing out is a little frustrating.

Really sticky and difficult to clean
Really really sticky hair clay, which is really difficult to wash out of your hair .. fragrance is ok .. but overall not great in my opinion

I'm not worth it
I love this product. I haven't been to a barber for several months. Partly due to lockdown, partly due to a complete loss of interest in my personal appearance. However, a swift application seems to tame my unruly locks, enabling me go out into the world without being attacked in the street
