Great filtering and amplification for all your SDR needs
Don't let the price fool you.. these filters and amplifiers really do a great job. Not only do they work well as individual units but they can also be stacked to provide specific band rejection, filtering, and amplification. This can best be seen when used for APT weather satellite image reception. The only caveat is that these things need to be supported and cannot be daisy chained, hanging in the air, other wise the connectors will break.

Definitely one of the best readily-available FM trap filters
Exceptionally good performance. Its VNA sweep was ideal for someone limiting FM broadcast signals while preserving VHF AIR performance. Very solid unit and worth every penny.

Cuts the bleed over and harmonics from over powered local FM stations
I have a local FM station 2 miles away that is running high power. The signal bleeds over into the Air Band and VHF-Hi in spots. This filter removes the false signals and cleans up the bands for me. Decent price, well packaged, and arrived on time. For SDR and scanner work it is worth having one.

Handy filter for LRPT NOAA reception
Not everyone needs this, but if you're in a metro area it might just save you. I was using a SAWBIRD NOAA and it would work sometimes, but most of the time I was swamped out by FM signals. I thought I had a frequency drift issue, but no, it was just OOB reception. Installing this filter between the antenna and the SAWBIRD amplifier really did the trick for rejecting the strong FM signals. My station works perfectly now.

87% signal loss in the airband
Used a NanoVNA antenna analyzer to measure this filters performance. 8db insertion loss in the center of the airband as you can see from the photo. That is 87% of the signal lost. The seller actually tells you this in the description, but db is not an intuitive metric so it sounds like nothing. They also immediately mention other filters have 16db insertion loss which would mean they lose 97.5% of the signal in airband which seems hard to believe. Commercial filters provide 1db or less of loss in airband - eg Stridsberg Enginering - which means you get 79% of the signal. This filter is cheap and you are getting what you pay for.

Nice notch filter, but beware if you want to use for airband listening
Nice little notch filter for attenuating the FM broadcast band. The stop band, based on 3 dB points, is about 74 MHz to 123 MHz. The attenuation of the FM broadcast band itself (87-108 MHz) is better than -35 dB, peaking at -73 dB at 94 MHz. The main drawback is that the filter also cuts out a lot of signal on each side of the FM broadcast band, so if you're particularly interested in airband applications from 108 MHz to about 123 MHz, be aware that attenuation there will be moderate to strong.

Eliminates FM Broadcast Station Overload on SDR Receiver
I use this filter to effectively remove reception interference on my RTL-SDR dongle and KiwiSDR receivers caused by strong local FM broadcast stations.

Limpa muito eficientemente os ruídos advindos da faixa de 88Mhz a 108Mhz.
Fácil de instalar. Ótima filtragem. Realmente a banda de 88MHz até 108MHz causa uma interferência absurda que é facilmente eliminada pelo filtro em questão. No geral o ganho cai um pouco, mas compensa-se no SDR e fica bem melhor, com uma curva limpa em todo o Range de VHF/UHF.

Un filtro que trabaja perfectamente
Este filtro para atenuar las señales de FM en receptores muy sensibles es muy efectivo. Al instalarlo a un radioscaner de frecuencias cercanas al FM, las eliminó completamente para poder escuchar con claridad las otras frecuencias. La marca es excelente y fabrica buenos productos.
