Is it good quality, or will it warp in a hot oven?

It is made from thick carbon steel that holds its shape and spreads heat evenly, so it won't warp or buckle like thin tins. Smooth rolled edges give you a safe, comfortable grip.

Do I need to grease it or use paper cases?

No greasing needed. The non-stick coating releases muffins and cupcakes cleanly, so bake straight in the tin or use paper cases. Avoid metal utensils to protect the coating.

How full should I fill each cup?

Fill each cup about two-thirds full. The 12 deep cups give muffins room to dome upwards instead of spilling over the top, so you get tall, even bakes every time.

Can I use it for Yorkshire puddings?

Yes. It is oven safe up to 230°C, hot enough for Yorkshire puddings, and the deep cups suit mince pies, brownies and egg bites too. It is freezer safe as well, so you can prep bakes ahead.

How do I keep it looking new after washing?

It is dishwasher safe, but a quick hand wash in warm soapy water is gentlest on the non-stick coating. Dry it straight away rather than leaving it damp, so the carbon steel stays in top condition.
