I was just about to buy this but reading a customer review which says the quality of the wood is very poor ,it broken on arrival, why is this so?

The one I purchased is brilliant. It's solid and my mum loves it. She is pretty rough when dragging it around and as a result is has become wobbly (ever so slightly). Definitely worth the buy for me.
