Omega 7 provinal fish sourced is hard to find. I've been using this brand now for over a year and love it. There is no fishy after taste and it's great for triglyceride management. I will continue to use this brand and I highly recommend it.

Wow - what else can I say? Right after using these I pushed past a fat loss plateau that I was stuck at for 2 months. Don't know if it was coincidental or not since I also stopped drinking all alcohol too since it was speculated that was interfering with fat metabolism even in very light quantities and low-carb/low-alcohol varieties. I also has a quick reduction in some forearm inflammation from gym lifting.

this is one where there is reasonable evidence to support it's role in a variety of health issues...just not sure how much I benefited from it because I also take large amounts of fish oil including a brand that contains O7. But it was as described so I feel it's fair to rank 5 stars.

I've been taking these and like them. I think they are effective. However, I now have concerns that they may have tree nut oil in them even though it says NO TREE NUTS. I am also concerned about the misbranding review I see with a 1 star. I will go with another brand.

These worked very good long as you have no digestive issues ..if you do it will make it worse. But if you dont. It works Great & very fast. It does make some folks go to rest room after each meal some didn't it just depends. It suppress your appetite quick but very slick you dont really notice it if your not om a schedule. But it's best to be on one because eatting healthy helps you to loose weight faster..Stay away from fast foods I've noticed helps alot. I really like this I only tried for 2 months & after I stopped I'm still not eatting a whole lot ,and I'm not hungry all the time. I find it hard to decide what to eat now. .lol.. but it's good to try to add more fruit which is great on the weight loss scale. But I loved this product and as I said in 2 days I could tell this was working & changing things. Beginning weight loss is not noticeable but you will feel great. If you are serious about your health..& weight loss.. I hope I helped and answered any questions you might have about them. 1 last thought. We took these at different times of the day..still have same reaction..it may tell you your not hungry at all. But always eat something even if just a sandwich or salad or fruit. Good luck.
