How long is the shelf life?

As far as I can remember the Vital Wheat Gluten had a shelf life of about 2 years. I bought for my daughter she hasn't mentioned how long it lasted.

Is this free if glysophates?

If you look it up on Amazon or Google the question, it comes up as 'no GMO, glyphosphate-free, no RoundUp.' I certainly hope that's true. Hope this helps
