Why did you pick this product vs others?: Dog bowl Quality: Hold up Water flow: Keeps the water clean Noise level: I don’t mind the trickle of the water. But it’s not that loud.

I'm on my third set of these and so far they have been a perfect fit and have worked properly. I have no problem recommending this product.

We have really hard water where we live, and having the ability to replace the filter elements easily for our pet fountain has provided a longer life for our usage. Its very easy and cost affordable to simply replace the filters when cleaning the fountain. We are replacing the filters about every other month and they are great.

My cats have been drinking from a fountain with these filters for about a week and the filters seems to behave well. The quality of this product seems different from the brand name filters, however. There seems to not be as much charcoal inside. It is nice that there are so many foam filters however - the brand name only offers two foam filters per six charcoal filters.

Great. Use all the time

I don't feel I need to replace the foam part as often as the filters. Love having super fresh water for Kitty B. The foam part goes in a place I didn't realize one just needs to give a good pull to take apart. I was a little timid and couldnt figure it out at first.

It's works. As intended. Worth the price.

Do not use these charcoal filters. The quality of charcoal is very poor. No matter how much soaking and rinsing you do it leaves a film, it’s made my normally very happy cat completely distressed. He was trying to drink out of the toilet to avoid using his favourite fountain. The plastic that the charcoal is in, also is missing the risers so there’s room for water too pool and slowly rise through the filter, it pushes it so quickly with no spacers it’s barely being filtered at all and travelling around the filter. The black film in there was enough for me to take them out and call it, they’re no good.
