First, I will say it didn’t work with the first pill. And it didn’t work dropping pounds at a time. It has been slow, but… I did the research after hearing an Instagrammer try to peddle his special snake oil at a pretty price. I found the NIH studies showing the exact amounts used and the exact suppliers for the studies that had the results. Then I started looking for products that had the ingredients studied and proven from the supplier in the quantities that were proven. There are multiple products out there, but this one was the one that I thought was most reasonably priced and I could tweak to take the amounts as needed per the studies. Additionally, I added another product I’m listing here. It’s Naturewise Nighttime Fitness Support Supplement & Natural Sleep Aid called Nighttime Slim. It has Capsimax and Coleus Forskholii Extract (root). I take 1 tablet of the Paradoxine twice daily roughly/loosely after a meal and 1 Nighttime slim at bedtime with a yogurt at least. Any more and it tears my stomach up something awful. But I’ve dropped about 5 pounds with no additional exercise and no diet change. I eat moderately ok. Not super healthy, not super bad. I don’t drink alcohol, but I do drink caffeine in the morning. I walk a mile a day, but I’ve done that and more for years and haven’t been able to get the visceral fat to budge. Good luck to all. Most people have ingested this product without even knowing it if they eat Thai, African, Middle Eastern, etc. foods. If you are not allergic to ginger you shouldn't have any problems. This is safer than any other metabolism boosting, fat burning synthetic products. Now, here is the heart breaker- those who think they are losing weight due taking paradoxine are incorrect. This product in its recommended dose on the bottle is just giving a little bit of energy which is just complimenting anything else you may be doing. If you are not doing anything else you will have no results. The recommended dosage is much lower than the clinical dosage utilized in research trials. In order to receive the the full benefit of weight loss by triggering the thermogenesis process and having the visceral (belly) fat turn from white to brown, a person needs a minimum of 500mg of paradoxine a day. That is 12 PILLS OF THIS PRODUCT A DAY. That is 1 BOTTLE A WEEK. Each pill only contains 40 mg. 120 mg is 3 pills a day... do the math. If you want the results without taking any other supplements this is the purest Paradoxine I have found and it is a good price. IT IS WORTH A BOTTLE A WEEK!

Using this a supplement help with white adipose tissue metabolism. When you're working out pretty hard, 5his makes you pretty hot. But it has some pretty solid science behind it, so I'm giving it a shot to help me reach a certain goal. So far, it seems ok.

Based on personal experience and metabolism, this product did not produce measurable fat burning results. Perhaps the product needs to be taken for a long time before noticing any difference.

I have been using Super Smart Paradoxine 40 mg for 2 months after seeing some FB ads regarding paradoxine revving up metabolism and weight loss. I have tried many products that did not work for me (Hydrocut, 1234 drops, etc) but adding paradoxine along with my 45 minute walk daily and my 7 min Standing Abs by Svelte Training and low impact 7min HIIT (You Tube- Meredith Shirk is amazing!!). And of course eating better. I have seen am increase in energy and the weight is coming off slowly but surely. 16 lbs in 3 months ! And I feel amazing. Maybe its a combo of the paradoxine, exercise (low impact only) and a healthier diet... but its working. And I am motivated to continue. Stay the course, get healthier, feel better.... thats the goal. And I believe the paradoxine has helped me achieve my goals.

Der Inhaltsstoff (6-Pparadol) ist wissenschaftlich recht gut untersucht, auf PubMed finden sich sowohl Studien an Tiermodellen als auch bei Menschen mit Übergewicht. Dass das Produkt die Wärmeerzeugung (Thermogenese) erhöht, kann ich aus eigener Anwendung bestätigen, das beste dabei ist, dass es den Kreislauf nicht zu belasten scheint. Ich habe weder einen übermäßig erhöhten Puls noch Kreislaufprobleme bislang feststellen können - was ja bei vielen anderen stimulierenden Abnehmprodukten ganz anders ist. Eines muss man unbedingt beachten: Wer kein Kaloriendefizit aufbaut, wird vermutlich weniger von dem Produkt profitieren als er könnte. Beim Kaloriendefizit (ganz besonders beim Fasten) reguliert der Körper nämlich automatisch die Körpertemperatur herunter, damit sinkt aber auch der Energieverbrauch, dementsprechend verlangsamt sich auch der Gewichtsverlust. Genau in diese Kerbe scheint Paradol zu schlagen, indem es die Körpertemperatur anzuheben scheint und den Energieverbrauch des Körpers nicht absinken lässt. Damit wird dann schneller Fett verbrannt. Wer hingegen an Übergewicht leidet und gleichzeitig hyperkalorisch isst, der hat bereits eine gesteigerte Thermogenese, da sind die Chancen, dass das Produkt wirkt, aus meiner Sicht deutlich reduziert. Daher würde ich folgenden Leitsatz aufstellen: Das Produkt hilft beim Abnehmen, kann aber nicht für einen selbst abnehmen.

Bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Produkt Paradoxine. Weniger Heißhunger und eine deutlich erhöhte Thermogenese. Die Kapseln sind leicht zu schlucken und haben kaum Geruch. 1A und gerne wieder👍

Ich habe Paradoxine genommen, weil viele es in Kombination mit Training oder Diät empfehlen. Die Wirkung ist auf jeden Fall da: Ich merke nach der Einnahme ein leichtes Wärmegefühl und etwas mehr „Thermo-Effekt“, besonders morgens auf nüchternen Magen. Ob es wirklich beim Fettabbau hilft, ist schwer zu sagen – es ist eher eine kleine Ergänzung, kein Gamechanger. Die Verträglichkeit war bei mir gut, keine Nebenwirkungen. Für alle, die sowieso schon Diät + Training durchziehen, kann es ein Zusatz sein. Für schnelle Ergebnisse allein reicht es aber nicht.
