I was impressed with the packaging-- a very nice metal palette and it came in a cardboard box that is pretty enough for gifting, just add a bow.Edit: I have been using these watercolors in my series of essential workers and I love how the metallic sheen adds interest to metal/shiny things like the guard’s badge. I wouldn’t call them glitter, though, they are more of an iridescent shine. Colors get nice and creamy with water and spread well. Colors are vibrant and shimmery. They blend well and are fun to use. The paint dries to a sheen finish, which is what I wanted, not "glitter". The card stock included to do swatches of the colors is a nice addition, as is the soft cloth.
