Grandson plays a great deal of hockey. Loves the hockey stick set. Durable. Grand daughter has started playing as well.

I bought these for my sons hockey birthday to have some extra sticks for kids to use. At $12 I figured if they last the party I’d be happy and wasn’t expecting any kind of quality. Boy was I shocked that after a 2 hour party with 16 6 year olds slamming these on the driveway, whacking the puck, hitting goal post, and each other that these sticks are still going strong! No parts have broken off and the handles are quite sturdy. Very impressed with these.

As others have said these are pretty flimsy, but my 7 year old loves the sticks. The goalie stick is very small, more like a regular stick than anything else so if you are looking at this set for the goalie stick I would look elsewhere. I expect they won't last terribly long, but for now they are getitng good use.

I have purchased many items from Franklin. Usually their quality is superb. I have to say this was a Christmas gift. Just recently used within the last week, and this sticks broke. Not very happy with the quality of this purchase. Seller was awesome. But the quality is less than perfect this is not the first time these sticks have broken. I keep buying them for my son and they keep breaking. I don't think I will be purchasing these any further. I've purchased many items from Franklin. Usually their quality is superb. I wish I could give this a better review. I thought buying a Franklin brand stick I was going to have quality, not so. One stick broke on the second use. I was playing with the grandkids, lifted it up to shoot, and it just fell apart. It must have had a crack under the plastic sleeve, and went unnoticed. So far , so good, with the other 5 I ordered.

We like so much, they are perfect for little kids and it is actually short for my 12y/o.

We had a blast playing this. Seems to be good quality, I was leaning on the sticks pretty hard and they held up (I can't skate).

These work great for our 5 and 7 year old!

The hockey stick blade didn't even last a day. My 42lb 8 year old was devastated when he was playing pass with his brother and the plastic blade broke right along the molded design. Beyond disappointing to say the least. We assumed Franklin would be a better quality than other brands. I am hoping this is just a manufacturing defect that the plastic was weak because of the molded design and not because of poor quality products.

I was so excited to give this as a Christmas present to my 8 year and 6 year old grandsons, visiting from Florida. But it was embarrassing and disappointing, as the goalie stick broke right after the first use. My little 6 year old was in tears, as he thought that it was his fault. I am returning this product.
