I see conflicting reviews as to whether this roller is a reusable plastic or merely paper. Which is it?

It’s definitely reusable plastic. I’ve used mine over and over. The wool washes out easily and dries nicely. I fluffed mine prior to the next use. This is a great tool!

I want to use the woolie 2 color roller in my kitchen but there are a lot of corners and edges next to cabinets. How do you get next to them?

You get a mini roller that works great. It is not a solid color so doesn't matter or show that much. I love mine. I recommend picking colors far apart on color scale. Do not prime.

How wide is each section of roller?

Each pad is 4 inches wide with a 1 inch break in the middle.

can you use on concrete
