What is the largest diameter it can do

The standard Filter Blaster unit comes with a 6 inch rotor/spinner which will clean filters with an inside diameter between 6" and 9". There is a larger rotor you can purchase separately which is the 9" rotor. It will clean filters with an inside diameter between 9" and 12". Does this help? Will this clean most semi air filters?
