Castello since 1907 Natural Erythritol Sweetener 1 kg - Granulated

I personally use this whilst making ice cream in a Ninja Creami. Works really well, no obvious aftertaste and this is the second time I’ve ordered it. Highly recommended if you want the sweetness, but not the calories or carbohydrate content.

If, like me you put on weight looking at a bag of Sugar, nevermind eating the stuff than then this substitute is esssential, it provides the sweet fix guilt free. It has a wierd texture, gritty but it dissolves easily. Unlike some sweeteners it isn't overly sweet so you may need to adjust the amount you need until you dial it in. Like all diet products it is dearer than the substance it is replacing but you use so little it isn't a problem. I'll buy it again, no problem.

One of the cheapest purchases for this sweetener we found on Amazon. Have been using it for about a year with both drinks and for cooking/baking as a 0 calorie alternative to sugar and have had no side effects. It has a slightly different taste than real sugar when you put it in drinks but we found the taste almost 1:1 with sugar when cooking/baking. If the price of these sweeteners would drop further, it'd get 5* but given that it's still about £8/kg which is about 7-8x the price of sugar, I don't think it quite deserves it yet. However, if you really want to reduce sugar intake through drinks/cooking/baking, this is probably your best choice.

Made a whole batch of sugar free cakes and cookies. Haven’t used this before but it works really well as a sugar substitute. Packet size is really convenient and baked goods were well received by all with the advantage of being lower in calories and sugars but still tasting good.

First time using sweetener instead of sugar and very impressed with the results, didn’t notice any noticeable difference in taste.

I heard about this sweetner and bought it to use in my coffee... But I admit not for me... I put 4 tea spoon full in my coffee no taste of sweetner but I felt like oil in the coffee... Not for me at all .. Just sitting in the corner it will never be used...

Alles bestens. Die Süße ist so ähnlich wie von Zucker, nur schwächer - und ohne Kohlenhydrate.
