I do not notice and benefit in blood pressure or reduction in Hematocrit. I do enjoy the serving size and feel it is best bang for buck. However, it is extremely hard to measure if this product actually working. I give it 5 stars though because of the serving size and easiness to take on empty stomach, for I have tried a WIDE, MULTIPLE array of brands for NATTO and have never seen an effect on any other brand.

A: It is supposed to aid in making your blood slippery, if I understand correctly. I wish it did aid bone density, but I haven't read about that.

**Q: How many micrograms of K2 does one of these capsules contain?**
A: This does not contain vitamin k.

**Q: What are all the ingredients in this product, including the 'other' ingredients?**
A: Nattovena, 200 mg, and Nattokinase at 4,000 FU.  There is cellulose in the vegetarian capsule.  Free of dairy, gluten, and soy allergens.  No artificial colors or preservatives.  I use this for restless leg syndrome.  It really helps.

**Q: Does this product have any third party certifications proving it is what is says?**
A: One must consider cut and fill. and product purity? This caught my eye
