Foundational supplement - hard to measure practically.
This is a foundational supplement that I take consistently, but I DO NOT see the results, only what the evidence shows of long term use. I do not notice and benefit in blood pressure or reduction in Hematocrit. I do enjoy the serving size and feel it is best bang for buck. However, it is extremely hard to measure if this product actually working. I give it 5 stars though because of the serving size and easiness to take on empty stomach, for I have tried a WIDE, MULTIPLE array of brands for NATTO and have never seen an effect on any other brand.

TAKE ON EMPTY STOMACH!
Excellent product. Remember, TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH-at least 30 minutes before or after a meal to reap the true benefits of this miracle supplement!

Have been using this medication since I experienced single bypass. I have not had any symptoms since taking this med. I guess it has worked for me.

This Nattokinase is the real deal
I can tell IMMEDIATELY this Nattokinase is the real deal. Big power is small pill size. All around better blood flow and nice drop in blood glucose. Amazing really, I will need to study that mechanism. But I suspect that junk brand I bought first was just fake junk and it actually had an artificial sweetener! (yuck). I say with so many sketchy supplements on Amazon, buy this with confidence and really is a great value for the $. Easy FIVE stars+.
