Stop waiting... Just buy it
My first bidet. Family has been raving about them but I just never saw the point. I finally broke down and bought one as part of a bathroom update and I'm buying more for the rest of the house. Installation was easy. It did require an adjustable wrench to remove and attach the water hose. Don't forget to use the Teflon tape when assembling it or you might run into a leak down the road. The elongated seat fit my Kohler toilet well. That toilet came with a soft close seat and I'm glad this bidet had it as well. During use it gets the job done with whatever level of pressure you need and the controls are easy to understand. The self clean between the forward and backward spray keeps things sanitary. Overall I like the sleek look and function of this bidet and recommend it.

relatively inexpensive and easy-to-install bidet
We are pleased with this relatively inexpensive and easy-to-install bidet toilet seat. The installation was not difficult. There were no problems and no leaks, and the result looked like it belonged on the toilet. Pros: - easy installation - good fit and appearance - the device/seat is not a cleaning problem - no wiring or electricity involved - no hot water hookup required - easy to use - effective operation (discussion below) Cons: - water is not warm, if that seems necessary to you - spray may not be perfectly aimed for you - will not clean you perfectly (would any bidet?) - you have to manage and operate the spray to avoid overspray If you haven't used a bidet before, all bodies and all poops are not the same, and a bidet may be more or less effective for your particular anatomy or delivery. In other words, don't expect to be perfectly cleaned by just the bidet. As a practical matter, we are cleaner and use less toilet paper now, and while sometimes paper is just used for drying, there may be some additional cleaning to be done. Position on the seat may matter, so besides adjusting the spray, you need to adjust your butt a bit to get the best result. Practice makes perfect. It isn't hard and beats the alternative of no bidet. Finally, one of our concerns going into this adventure was the fact that the water will be cold. it turns out that it isn't really a problem, and I don't miss warm water at all. In fact, if the water is cool, you can feel where the spray is going and use that to advantage.

From "Grounds for Divorce" to "Five-Star Freshness"
One day, my wife casually uttered the phrase, "I am thinking about looking into getting a bidet..." Before she could even inhale to take her next breath, I flew to my Amazon app and smashed the "Buy Now" button with the speed of a thousand suns. When I proudly informed her of my lightning-fast consumerism, she started to express some hesitation. I immediately placed a gentle finger over her lips to shush her. "Babe," I whispered, "you're going to love this bidet. It will make your tushy so clean and fresh. Trust me." It arrived quickly. To ensure maximum romantic impact, I installed it under the cover of darkness while she slept. I even left the operating instructions resting elegantly on the lid so it would be the first thing she experienced upon waking up. As it turns out, reality did not match my cinematic expectations. A short while later, a blood-curdling roar erupted from the bathroom. It was a chaotic symphony of surprise, utter confusion, and raw fury, containing vocabulary words that are strictly prohibited by Amazon’s community guidelines. After some heavy stomping and aggressive muttering, she emerged from the bathroom to interrogate me. "Why in the world," she demanded, "would you think it was a good idea to purchase a device that blasts cool water at the speed of light at your backside like Nurse Ratched attempting an enema?! In a complete panic, I turned the knob all the way the other direction, only to experience what can best be described as a targeted assault by a waterjet attempting to reassign my gender!" I slept with one eye open for a 48-hour frozen containment period, but it has now been a few days, and she has officially started talking to me again. Miraculously, we have achieved a breakthrough. With a little practice on the exact physics of the control knob, she has decided this bidet is actually a fantastic upgrade to our hygiene routine. She has even admitted that the cool water feels somewhat nice—provided it isn't assaulting you while you're half-asleep. She is very pleased with the comfort of the seat and the overall ease of use. From the installer's perspective, it was incredibly easy to set up (which I was profoundly grateful for when I initially thought I’d have to uninstall it to save my marriage). I find it quite nice to use as well. Pros: Exceptional cleanliness, easy installation, ultimately saves your marriage. Cons: High-pressure setting doubles as a riot-control water cannon. Proceed with caution.

Good for the price, might make you want a fancier model.
Bidets rule vs. normal TP and I strongly recommend them: way less irritation, way less funk. Friends and family have had bidets for years but perceived cost turned it into a 'luxury purchase' I kept back-burnering, and I really didn't want an attachment bidet (I needed a new seat anyways) or separate nozzle. For the price this wasn't bad, though I kind of wish I'd saved up for a model with more options. - My toilet is the shorter rounded bowl type, and the fixed angle of the stream on these means I have to position my body in kind of an awkward way, scrunching way forward. As a man this can be especially interesting. I'm guessing this would be less of a problem if I had a more elongated bowl and were able to buy that version, but I really miss the angle adjustment. The steeper forward angle also means more water ends up on the perineum and beyond, which I don't love. I think if I were a woman I'd worry about funky water kicking too far forward. Anyways, there's lots of wiggling to get a good angle. There's an angle setting for forward cleaning (that also seems like a wider spray) and back, but honestly they don't seem dramatically different. - There's no master pressure control or adjustable valve, and the water pressure from my plumbing was way too strong. The nozzle hits a downward cleaning burst before it clicks into the upward angle position, and the force from that alone sprayed water droplets / overspray everywhere, then the pressure from the upwards angle at full is so strong spray still goes everywhere. If I turned the main toilet valve down it also slowed down the tank refill time, which I didn't really want to do. In theory you can use the dial to gradually increase pressure, but since it has to pass through the cleaning mode on the way spray still gets everywhere, and the pressure is extremely touchy and gets strong quickly. Solution: you can get a cheap 3rd party t-adapter with a valve on Amazon, which helped a lot, and it also means I can adjust pressure on the fly. Unfortunately, reducing the pressure too much changes the throw pitch even further forward, which was already a problem, so it takes a sec to find the best pressure that both limits overspray while still having enough 'oomph' to get where it needs to go. The cost of this part was trivial, and I don't know why the version in the kit doesn't have one... probably just to upsell towards units with a better pressure control. I recommend preemptively buying this BEFORE installation so you don't have to take the thing half-apart again. - Installation was fine, but I strongly recommend using the included thread sealing tape. I had some slow drips on the connection to my tank until I used it, though I probably also wasn't tight enough. IIRC the manual didn't explicitly say to use it, but it's in the kit and can only help. It's not rocket science, but you're still doing basic plumbling and want to be meticulous so you don't end up flooding anything... especially if you're a renter. Make sure you have the right tools, and also be mindful of the nut and hardware on the INTERIOR of the tank as you tighten. - If you're new to bidets, I can't recommend getting a stack of bidet towels enough... reusable diaper rags are often cheaper than branded cloth toilet paper. This bidet definitely gets things wet downstairs and is a little less targeted than fancier bidets I've tried, and depending on the toilet paper brand it can fall apart fast drying off. Using cloth isn't as weird or as gross as it sounds, you should basically already be clean, just not dry. Those are just the negatives, but for the price this is honestly pretty good if you want a full-seat unit. If you're avoiding a bidet because they're financially out of reach this is a good option, though, like me, you might quickly get the bug to upgrade.

Great purchase!
We love this toilet seat bidet. So easy to use and seems well designed to maintain cleanliness of the apparatus. We had doubts about ordering this, as the lack of hot water seemed like it might be hard to tolerate, but it's not a big deal at all. Our apartment management quoted us an outrageous amount for a plumber to install it, so I did it myself. I'm a 75 year old woman. No problems, no leaks.

Why did I wait so long?
I had been contemplating purchasing a bidet seat for quite some time mostly due to physical limitations, but I’d also experienced them many years ago throughout Europe, and appreciated the efficiency. With the purchase of a new home that has a ridiculously cramped en-suite bathroom between two bedrooms, and a toilet that is low enough to the ground to be suitable for a Lilipution, it was time. This bathroom will be completely remodeled some time in the future, but for now it just needed to be made functional without having to smash elbows into walls, etc. After a great deal of research it came down to this unit mostly because it was the only one that would fit and still allow the toilet seat to remain open on its own. There were a few electric units that might have worked but that would’ve entailed installing electrical access, which will be part if the remodel eventually. SO... I went for it. The price was too good to pass up, and delivery was free and very quick. I received it before Christmas but today was the first time everything aligned to allow me to install. For me personally the installation took about an hour, but that is strictly a reflection of my physical capabilities (and OCD), the minimal space configuration of my bathroom, and the necessity of searching around for a crescent wrench to tighten the packing nut on the shut off valve that was loosened up a bit in the process of the installation. All things considered, this installation was a piece of cake and under normal circumstances would’ve been accomplished in under 20 minutes. I literally only required a flathead screwdriver to remove the old toilet seat, and the wrench to tighten the shut off nut. The seat itself installed effortlessly with only finger tightening of all the connections. The only disappointment with the install was my toilet itself... one of the bolt holes is slightly skewed, therefore the seat is ever so slightly skewed, but not to the point of impacting functionality in any way. After the installation I attempted to check the function and discovered that turning the control knob just a fraction will activate the self cleaning wand function, which amounts to the water pouring out through the small and housing, straight down into the toilet. I thought that the wands were malfunctioning since they didn’t pop out, so i checked to make sure the shut off valve was completely open to allow maximum water pressure. Tried it again, same thing. Then I turned the knob a little bit further...HELLO!! A word of warning, if you are not going to sit on the seat to test it out, I HIGHLY recommend wrapping your bowl opening with plastic wrap as those little wands will shoot water a couple of feet out of the toilet (in this instance drenching the front of my clothes) otherwise. After taking it for a true ‘test drive’ I will say that the water pressure is going to be a little tricky to get dialed in, to avoid an overly aggressive experience, but the ambient water temperature is not uncomfortable at all. “Positioning” is also going to be a little learning curve, as water can spray back or overshoot onto the toilet seat, if you shift just right. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase. It’s an excellent price for a very useful piece of equipment that I think everyone should have in their home. Also, the lid is a bonus in two respects.. it is soft close, and it is sturdy. It’s plastic, but not at all flimsy. I don’t know if I’d try standing on it, but you can absolutely sit on it without it buckling, bending or sliding.

It does the job but I think the design is kind of poor.
***Update 7/31/2025*** I had to return this to Amazon. The nozzle aim was just not working for me or my wife. For me, as a guy, the rear wash was hitting me in the back of my private parts, way too far forward. In fact, there was no difference in where the rear wash and the front wash would hit me. And often it would shoot right out the front of the toilet seat. I had emailed the company asking if there was a way to adjust the spray angle, but they didn't respond by the time I had already returned it. When they did respond they said it's not adjustable. So I sent it back. I'm not sure what Amazon will do with a used bidet, but they did accept it back. I've since bought another brand and the nozzle aim is much more what I'd expect so I'll be keeping that one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've only just installed this and both my wife and I have tested it. :-) We've got two complaints with it. 1. Why is the seat opening a full inch less than a standard elongated toilet seat opening? The two toilets in my house are elongated and the standard toilet seat opening is 12" long by 8" wide on both of them with different brand toilet seats. This toilet seat opening on this bidet seat is 11" long by 7" wide. For guys that extra inch makes a big difference. This is just poor designing by the engineers. The company could have easily designed this to have the same standard opening size as a plain, elongated toilet seat. Why does the smaller size opening matter you ask? If you're a guy that extra space matters. Girls probably won't care. But girls and guys have different anatomies and the guys extra 'stuff' gets a bit cramped when the opening gets smaller. 2. The rear wash is not aimed properly. It is aimed in the general area but shoots too far forward for my standard toilet sitting position. I've emailed the company asking if there's a way to adjust the angle of spray, but I looked at it and I don't think it's going to be possible. So after I do what I have to do I'll probably have to skootch forward a bit before using the spray. And because it shoots too far forward some water does spray right out the front between the seat and the toilet. Installation was easy enough, and I've got a toilet that has all the connections fully hidden which makes installation harder than most. So far it seems pretty sturdy and stable. Soft close is nice, but pretty standard on any toilet seat these days. I do like the toilet seat slides off with the push of a button for easy cleaning. Bottom line - it works and does what it's supposed to, but it does have a couple design flaws that make this bidet 3 stars for me.

Unbeatable for The price
Great buy and value. I was able to install myself and am not handy at all. I have a bio bidet, which is more fancy but this one is for the guest bathroom. It does a great job in terms of pressure and the self cleaning nozzles. I don’t need the hot water. I think it’s a great value! If the nozzles were adjustable, I guess it would be more expensive…

Now I’m Clean
I’ve been using Bidets for a long while. I purchase my Brondell Bidet a year and half ago (Dec 22’) as a back up. My Japanese brand still works fine but the supply line at the joint had issues after many years. Took out the Brondell and replaced it. Here in Singapore we follow the British std so when I receive my Brondell bidet I got myself familiarise with the American system and went hunting for adapters/accessories to our local sanitary suppliers to look for hardware that can incorporate with the American std and when I had to replace my existing bidet to the Brondell yesterday (20 June 24’) I faced no issues. Probably will order another one as back up again. 👍🏼

Not suitable for UAE plumbing
The product is good, but made for US market. The T pipe is 7/8,7/8,3/8 size and in the UAE you would need a 1/2,1/1,3/8. The manufacturer was contacted however no support was provided as they claimed they do not have adapters. Ended up spending a lot buying adapters from the US.
