So, if you have the same size foot you would probably wear a Prio men's size 8 (EU 41). FYI if you are specifically looking for a shoe that is cushioned and has "arch support" you shouldn't buy these because you would be disappointed. Our feet are meant to move and be adaptable, not stuck in casts all day not doing their job of moving and supporting your body. If you want to learn to use your feet better to improve your balance and nerve response time - please do consider buying these or any of the other models of Xero Shoe. I actually prefer the other big name brand that has the 'finger' toe shoes but I can't justify the cost for them only lasting 6 months before seams open in the toes. Screw that. The Prios last a heck of a long time and it takes a long time for them to develop a fabric failure. I've never had the sole fail me yet though. Got maybe 1000-1500 miles before they were blister factories, and their site does state like a 5k mile warranty so felt a little low on lifespan compared to brand marketing Otherwise pretty good, no forced arches or weird drop, almost like going barefoot.
