Why is there such a steep price increase from last month? The price jumped by 15 dollars.

I suspect there are 2 issues. Inflation and supply chain. These 2 issues are rampant everywhere.

How much is the quantity of the soybean oil in each capsule?

The Elite Omega-3 Gems contain vitamin E sourced from highly refined soy bean oil. If any, trace amounts of soy bean oil may be present. However, the product is considered soy-free under the Food Allergy Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA), as all soy proteins have been removed.

what’s the differance between the liquid and capsule, besides the obvious?

Carlson offers fish oil products in liquid and softgels. The liquid fish oils will all be in triglyceride form. Carlson offers a variety of products in softgel form also, that will vary between TG (triglyceride), EE (ethyl ester), and rTG (re-esterified triglyceride form) the Carlson Elite Omega 3 Gems will be in ethyl ester form. All of Carlson fish oil products will contain high quality omega 3’s.
