The knives are sharp, durable and good quality. I haven’t needed to sharpen them yet. Would recommend.

This knife set is of very high quality and works well. This is one where I will treat it as I should be immediately washing and drying it after use. The handles are of good weight and not like other cheap wooden handles on other knife sets. It's well-balanced between handle and blade. You won't go wrong with this set. I haven't used the sharpener yet as these blades maintain their edge very well.

This brand has always been our favorites and the knife block blends beautifully with the color of our cabinets. My only struggle, yes I did just get them, is being careful not to touch any of the wood with the point of the knife when placing them in the holder. Anything sharp knicks off the cherry coating. Daily use might become a bit challenging. I took out my steak knives (used daily) and placed them in another drawer leaving the ones in the block used a bit less. That alone might save this since the color is only a coating.

Excellent, so light weight and well balanced. Figured I would try a small set first. I love the craftmanship, wish there was a block set available that had a bread knife and a filet knife as an addition.

I'm not much in the kit hen, but I like to cook. and these knives have been great. So sharp they cut steaks like butter. I highly recommend, especially for the price.

If these stay wet for any length of time - they rust. Never seen that happen to even the cheapest of knives
