We haven’t tried the TENS attachments yet, but it works well on the feet. The range of settings is impressive. I use it for foot pain from high arches, and he uses a more intense setting for peripheral neuropathy. The relief lasts for quite a while. We’ve discovered that using it once a day is sufficient. One minor annoyance is that you have the keep clicking the remote to increase intensity rather than simply hold the button down to advance it. I also wish it had a longer power cord.
