It is illegal in all states to drive with your handicap tag hanging from the rearview mirror, but it is not easy to hang and remove the placard as required by law. Mirortag is designed to protect and preserve your tag. It allows you to easily display and put away your handicap parking placard. Simply insert your tag into the plastic holder, place the hook on rearview mirror once (no need to remove it every time). When parked, move plastic holder close to hook and the 2 magnets will snap together to hold the placard. Before you drive, simply pull down the plastic holder to unlatch it from the hook, and snap it onto the storage magnet so it is out of your way. MirorTag Gold has super strong magnets that keep the placard and hook held together. Unlike all flimsy sheaths, its sturdy plastic frame and hook are sun & cold-resistant, protecting your placard from cracks, tears and creases. MirorTag is offered in 4 versions, MirorTag Bronze, MirorTag Silver, Mirortag Gold and MirorTag Gold Plus. Both Gold and Silver share the same hook, with the plastic holder is thinner in the Silver and Bronze models (18 mils) vs the Gold that comes with a sturdier plastic (60 mils). Gold Plus is larger than Gold in size (placard up to 10.75" L). One Mirortag Gold holder and 2 hooks are included in this package, plus 2 storage magnets as well. Extra hooks and storage magnets can be purchased separately for multiple cars from our JL Safety store. WARNING: rearview mirror built-in compass operation may be affected by the magnet on some car models. Sale is for 1 holder and 2 hooks and 2 Storage Magnets only and placard is not included, and shown only to clarify how to use it. All Made in USA.

It actually works!
I wasn't expecting too much when I ordered this, but boy, was I surprised. It's actually very well made, of very heavy plastic, and the magnets are extremely strong (but not so strong that you have difficulty detaching it - as Goldie Locks would say "It's Just Right".) This thing just works. One car has a rear-view mirror with built - in garage door opener buttons, which makes it heavier, so the mounting bracket is larger than normal. No problem - the included hook fits right over it, and it works perfectly. The Handicap placard (at least for Florida) slips right in, and is a perfect fit.The extra magnetic holder mounts to an out of the way place on the dash, and holds the placard when we're not using it. One bit of advice, learned from installing two of these - after cleaning the dash with the included alcohol wipe, take some time to let the alcohol dry thoroughly. Otherwise, when the adhesive side of the magnet is pressed into place, it won't stick, and pulls right off. (Ask me how I know - twice!) If you give it time to dry, it works perfectly.

Super handicap tag holder
This is phenomenal. Greatest holder ever. It is made of heavy solid plastic. It connects magnetically to hook placed on the mirror post. You get two mirror hooks so you can transfer between vehicles. Also you get two other magnets to attach elsewhere in vehicle when not using. Just a super great product.

Perfect!
My old holder was so warped from the sun and very pliable in the summer. This is made of think plastic, which at first I thought would be too heavy for the magnet, but it really isn't. It's the magnet that is very solid and strong. It grabs the plastic nicely. I don't have to look for where the hook is on the rearview mirror, the magnet is strong enough to find it and just snaps right too it. The only issue is the sticker for the holder to store when not being used is not strong enough. I had mine on for 2 days of use and the stick tape with the magnet has fallen off several times. I will use my own double sided tape and see if it holds better. Other than that, this is a great product.

Superior Tag Holder solution
This MirorTag Gold Holder +2 Hooks +2 Storage Magnets has proved to be terriffic. We have two Jeep Commanders and can easily move the tag from one machine to the other with minimum effort. The retainer clips easily fit the stock mirrow mounts without any damage or stretching. The tag, when mounted in the car, stays put. My wife keeps the tag/and holder in her purse when not in use and it's always conveniently ready when she needs it. Contrary to some reviews, we have no complaints with this product and do highly recommend it.

Ingenious product
These are a fantastic way to protect and easily display handicap signs. The hard plastic cover is very durable - easy to insert the sign. The magnetic hooks make it a breeze to post the sign and take it down. You are NOT supposed to drive with the handicap sign displayed - in fact, there's a hefty fine for doing so. So this easy to use system provides a quick way to display after parking and remove before driving. Highly recommend!!!

Works very well
This works very well. The first day I had my handicap placard it warped. I don't have to worry about that now.

Handicap Tag Holder
Excellent product. My wife's tag was getting pretty well beat up in just a year. This product is excellent at protecting the tag and is easy to install. Only problem is finding a place to store tag out of sight as it makes the tag longer. Very easy to put tag up and remove.

Excellent product
Works amazing very thick plastic almost 1/4inch thick. The magnet is super strong. If people gave this a bad review it is unwarranted. Would recommend for sure.
