How do you make this tea? I want to make about a cup or mug size.

The prep instructions can be found in the product pictures. It you serve without milk, 2.5g for 5 minutes @90 Degrees Celsius is a good way. For milk tea preparation, try the original indian way of making tea, which is given in detail in the pictures. That will give you BEST results.

How much tea is there in all?

There are 10 pouches of tea each containing 10 g. of tea.  I use a little over 1 tsp. per cup of tea so I get about 4 cups of tea per pouch.  The tea is very good and I recommend it for tea lovers and those who may be searching for new favorites.
