this is my second TYTX leather case for my MacBook Air the first one went with my old MacBook Air when I sold it this in my opinion is the perfect case ,looks great feels good and secure fit is perfect,

Quality contructions - fits perfectly and it looks great.

This if my third case of that tells you anything. It looks nice I get compliments on it all the time except it doesn’t even last a year. I’m a teacher so I need a laptop case that will actually protect my computer. The issue with this is that the top flaps that cover the screen end up unraveling due to poor craftsmanship or just very weak threads and falls apart. So if this is something that you’re willing to buy and replace every year then it’s decent but it should last longer

I've owned plastic shells in the past, and they have always cracked and failed in just a short time. This case, however, has performed flawlessly. I no longer have to worry about it cracking in the same corner every time. It fits my MacBook Air 13 inch perfectly. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I would definitely recommend.

I have purchased other cases which were plastic and not a great fit. I bought this one to protect my MAC from falling to the floor from my lap. It is gorgeous. The only negative is that I had a hard time putting it on. After a lot of tugging I finally got it on. It looks amazing and will protect my laptop from further scratches and dents.

AT FIRST, I THOUGHT IT WS TOO LIGHT, BUT YOU WANT A LIGHTWEIGHT CASE. ITS HANDSOME AND WELL PRICED. I LIKE IT A LOT.

Purchased this to use on a 2019 Macbook Air 13 and it really fits like a glove. I recently upgraded to the M2 Macbook Air 15 and wanted to use my old 13 as a "grab and go" Macbook to run to meetings or to throw in bag and have just in case type situations. I wanted an all-in-one type case as I had seen on other folks as I travel around but really was not expecting much when I ordered this one. To my amazement it works really well. It provides protection as well as make it easier to just grab and go when I am heading out the door. With some of the mix reviews I had read, I was pleased that mine fit as it should and does not have any lifting around the trackpad or difficulty in closing the Macbook. I have been using it for a few days now and become more pleased with it with each passing day. Glad I bought one, would highly recommend it to others.

9/7/20This is amended review based on communication with the seller, who definitely deserves the highest rating for their service. After advising of the issue the seller offered a free replacement case that was sent promptly. When the replacement exhibited more or less the same issue (maybe it had something to do with the shape of my laptop, who knows?), we further discussed options with the seller and agreed that I could try to modify the case by removing the bulging strip (last photo). That seems to work for now though I offered the seller few other suggestions that may be included in the design. Once again, this seller’s responsiveness and service quality should set a great example on how to similar issues must be handled and it’s reflected in my rating of this purchase.—————————-8/29/20Just received it. Nice look and soft leather-like feel. Should be good for traveling though I don't travel much and ordered it to protect against occasional scratches. Didn't use long enough to rate durability. As described in other reviews, it was a bit challenging to insert the screen into corner holders but I managed. The frustrating part was that the cover didn't fully close. A close look showed that the strip above the track pad popped up and pressed against the screen as shown in the photos. I really like the case and trying to straighten the strip so that it wouldn't press on the screen an rub against it. If not successful, then regretfully I'll have to return it to prevent a $1,300 laptop from being ruined by a $30 case.
