What is the difference between firm and firm riche?

Riche is for dryer skin, it’s more emollient.

I just purchased a bottle of the bio serum, i didn't realize it had been replaced with the bio serum firm. is my bio serum still effective?

It’s expensive to be sure but it’s a great product. I used Neocutis products for years and they definitely made a difference in the appearance of my skin. However, if you really want to see a difference in your skin, go the noninvasive cosmetic route - like BBL - and then invest in good skincare like Neocutis to help maintain that healthy glow. The results from BBL are fabulous, btw!
