A Nightmare on Mac | Terrible Performance
Got this mainly for smooth clicking feature that could be a huge advantage for long-term clickers such as photo/video editors. Although functionality is limited on MAC to basic actions only, that is not what I'm complaining about. The whole Adobe suite on MAC went haywire after installing this crap. Simple mouse tasks generate odd and erratic behavior in software, causing program to freeze and crash. It doesn't grab things properly, lifting and selecting assets is a hassle beyond belief. It has a big problem with accuracy as well. The cursor jumps around the timeline and causes the program to run slow for no reason (not due to any other cause). You want to set a workbar at 3:04, instead it jumps to and creates a starting point at 4:05. You have to keep redoing the same command to finally get it right. I've switched to another model since and all issues were resolved. This interferes with Mac OS big time. I can go on, but if you are considering this mouse for MAC, save yourself the headache and choose another model. On another note, it has also a terrible ergonomics. It is too small for a comfortable fit with average size hands and does nothing to relieve strain from long-term use. It is very lightweight as well.

Seems a great first gaming mouse.
I got this mouse after using the Microsoft Sculpt...Bluetooth...something mouse. That was an okay mouse, but unreliable for gaming. I now use this E-3lue mouse, and wow. What an upgrade. I've never had such a great mouse experience, but then again this is my first gaming mouse. It's so damn smooth. It feels smooth to the touch. It glides smoothly and the scroll wheel is all creamy and smooth. The buttons have a nice click and bounce to them. The front/back buttons don't get accidentally pressed either.I like being able to change the dpi on the fly. It's nice being able to go into a "precision" mode, so to speak. It's actually nice for graphic design. If I need a nice smooth pencil stroke in Illustrator I can just click that button to make my cursor move slow and smooth (so smooth...and creamy)That switch on the bottom... I have no clue what it does. I kind of hate that it doesn't come with any documentation that explains the switch. The website doesn't even have a page that explains it. I think this smooth-ass mouse would benefit from some documentation that explained the features, and why you would use them as opposed to expecting you to already know. Not a very smooth move, E-3lue. Not smooth at all. Or creamy. The lights. They sure are pretty, and change depending on your dpi setting. It's a pretty smooth way to tell the user how fast their cursor will move. I leave it on blue most of the time, but occasionally switch it to purple (smoothly, I might add) if I want a lightning fast, super responsive cursor. I do wish the light could be disabled. It would be super creamy of them if they allowed us to kill the lights, or set our own lights to whatever setting we want.Anyway, if you're looking for an inexpensive, creamy smooth gaming mouse, give this a try. If you just want an upgrade from your current, lame mouse, also consider this. If you're a gaming baby like me, and are looking for your first actual gaming mouse, but are intimidated by all the options out there, try this. If you're a super, hard core gamer person you might find this mouse not to be so awesome and creamy. I don't know. I'm not you.Did I mention how creamy smooth that cable is? Mmm-MMM!

great inexpensive mouse for video editing
I just had to replace the mouse after 5.3 years of much daily use - not for gaming. The left button started to stick. That's not bad for an $18 mouse.I liked the weight and feel (big hands). The buttons are responsive. I frequently used the DPI shift which was very convenient to avoid needing a drawing tablet. The wheel held up well, has a good grip to it.I've tried all kinds of mice, ergonomic, vertical, ball, tablet/pen, etc. This was my favorite for routine computer use and graphics editing. It tracked better with a rigid mouse pad.

Impressed
This mouse is fantastic for the price. Actually, scratch that last - it's fantastic, period. No qualifiers necessary.Pros:- Feels light and precise without feeling cheap or flimsy.- Adjustable polling rate and DPI.- Scroll wheel is great for both scrolling and clicking. I'm a bit anal about this; I can't tell you how many mice I've been through trying to find one I was happy with. Looks like my search is over!- Pleasant rubberized texture.- Right- and left- click switches feel very good. Easily actuated, but not too easily.Cons:- Subjective, but I find the LED lighting to be a bit bright (mouse glows red/blue/purple depending on DPI setting.)- Even worse, it doesn't seem to be toggleable (other than by switching DPI setting.) Might have to take it apart to find and kill those LEDs.- No included software. There are a grand total of 3 available downloads on their (kinda terrible and hard to navigate) website: a catalog, a driver (for a different mouse) and a macro utility. Haven't tried them yet, will update if/when I do.Full disclosure: I've only had this thing for about an hour. I normally wouldn't review so soon, and I'll revisit it in a few weeks in case something else comes up, but I really really like this thing so far.
