Our warranties are handled directly by us. We require testing with voltage readings to document the type of failure. MotoBatt requires the top plate of the battery for warranties and not the entire battery. We do charge a warranty fee of $15.95 to cover the shipping and handling of the new battery to you.

what are the amp hours and cold crank amps?

The MB12U has 12 amp hours and 160 cold cranking amps.

Which side is the positive terminal on?

They are on the front and back (two positives and two negatives) so you could connect the positive on the right or left side.

Will this work for an 850 Norton Commando?

If you have a 850 Commando 1974-1977, you will need the MotoBatt MBTX14AU battery.
