Sabatier Professional Long Carving Knife - 8in/20cm Full Tang Blade, Chrome Taper Ground Stainless Steel, Twin Rivet Comfort Handle

This knife is razor sharp so well made and stylish. Comfortable to hold and so easy to use, incredible craftsmanship.

Great (sharp) carving knife. Feels great in the hand (nice weight and balance). Perfect for carving. Good value

Bought for my mother to replace an older sabatier knife that has gone blunt and won't sharpen for some reason (knife was nearly 40 years old) Shes very pleased and is beautifully sharp

Makes kitchen cooking prep and carving a pleasure!

I bought this to replace a carving knife we have had for years, I didn't realize how blunt it had become until I used this one! It now has pride of place on my knife rack. Highly recommended.

Well made knife. Carves meat very well. Easy to sharpen with a steel.

Brilliant knives in a number of ways. The design is really nice aesthetically, the handle is comfortable and overall has a good weight balance. The blade is quite thick and sturdy, comes out of the box razor sharp and easy to work with

Reasonably priced and very sharp knife.
