How many chairs can fit when covering the table

plenty of room for 6 chairs and maybe one more if you have a extra one. very good cover..

What size should I get for my 9.5ft outdoor pool table?

The X-Large should be plenty big enough. It would be over 10 Ft length and that would give extra room to hang over sides.

Patio table and chairs measure 73" wide, and 65" long.. need a cover close to that.. what size can I order?

Mine are 108” by 78” and cover fits fine. You might look for a smaller size.

How do you put this on patio table and chairs? Why are there no instructions?

Throw it over the tops of table and chair and clip the small straps around the legs of either the chairs or table. Pull the drawstring to try to tighten Cover probably only covers to bottom of seat on chair and does not go all the way to the ground.
