Great option for a basement.
This thing has been in almost a year. We live in the basement full time and this has been a great product. Hook up the plumbing and plug and play. Pumps the sinks to the plumbing with no issue. Would definitely buy another one if we ever have the need!!

Fantastic product for a niche market.
If you have a basement with gray water and need to move it to your primary DWV system, this is fantastic! It is so fast, so small, and so easy to install! So much easier than breaking a hole into your basement foundation and installing the standard Zoeller sump pump type installation.

Replacement pump
This replaces a sanivite I purchased about 10 years ago. That one started to make noises. When I took it apart, I discovered that the capacitor had blown. The Sanivite replacement parts are expensive. I found suitable replacements elsewhere for much less cost. I ordered this replacement unit and was shocked that now it costs twice what I paid before. It's good pump but the price is a bit high. I have installed the new pump and it works flawlessly in a basement where the septic line is about 5' above the floor. I use it for a washing machine and laundry tub. No problems. The old pump? I have replaced the condenser and switch. It's now my backup.
