I contacted customer service multiple times and after about 4 months and many emails later they finally said they were going to send me another one. I just received my "new" one today and it has the same piece broken from the back, and you can tell that it was a return from someone else because there are screws missing out of it like someone tried to fix it...I bought this monitor because my old monitor crapped out. It's so nice to have a big display is and the video quality is really nice. The only thing I don't use is the lullabies I think they sound creepy. ### ⭐ Two baby monitors and cameras failed after a months use each. *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2020* We purchased this item and initially were very impressed with the features. However the antenna virtually fell off after just one months use. We contacted the seller, and to their credit, they replaced the unit no problem. However once again the second unit only lasted for about a month. The replacement unit failed to continue to pair with the camera, and i am now awaiting a decision from the seller as to whether they will refund my money, or send me a third unit. They replaced it and this second one survived about 7 months before it lost the ability to pair with the camera.It's a shame the hardware is so bad.
