I had never heard of a toaster cover until someone recommended it for a VR headset. Sure enough, it fits right over it on the stand and the sun cannot hit the lenses. The sun's rays can potentially cause an issue where when they go through the lenses they can burn the displays I guess. It was spelled out in the manufacturer's warranty in the headset even. Who knew?!There was lots of learning around this product. Worth the money.
