Compact and powerful fan, with 3-speed setting, not loud and easy to use.

The fan works great and was easy to put together. I'm usually very challenged to put together any mechanical object. Good air flow. The only thing I would like if they had more colors. My second Lasko fan.

For the money these are great fans, three speeds and the head tilts up which I really like. I've been using them for many years. CAUTION; the covers do not stay on very well, so if you have small children find another floor fan.

This is a very unusual fan. Most have narrow blades and run at high speed which makes them annoyingly noisy. This fan has wide blades and a powerful motor making it move a lot of air. But it's lowest speeds are quite slow which makes it very quiet compared to others. If quiet is important to you, buy this fan!The pole is friction fitted to the base so it's not completely secure and the pole height adjustment isn't very positive either but those are minor niggles.There is one assembly quirk that seems to have caused other reviewers problems. It seems intuitive to put the front grill cover over the back grill of the fan but it won't fit that way. On the new version we received, you put the front grill *into* the back grill and then it fits fine. On our older version, if memory serves, the front cover went over the back one and had clips. Oh well...Outstanding product especially at the price.

First off, this model isn't designed to have a remote... Don't know why Amazon even made that a review rating question.Anyways, assembly was a piece of cake. It comes with instructions but I didn't need to use them to figure out how it all went together. (I had a black older version of this fan before so I knew how to assemble it already.)Compared to my previous black version that finally died on me after several years of regular usage, this fan is nearly whisper quiet. It's very subtle sound helps soothe me to a restful nights sleep. The oscillation function works very well and still keeps the fan quiet even when it's engaged. I don't use the oscillation function much but it's nice to have. This model seems taller on it's pedestal when fully extended than my last one. The head tilting feature tends to be a bit fragile so use caution when you tilt yours so you don't ruin the oscillation function... That's one way I broke my last one by accident.All in all, it's a great little fan and it works smoothly. A bit of advice: keep the fan blade edges clean from dust and debris build up for maximum air flow.

A great option for inexpensive cooling. Lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to disassemble and clean.

Works great for about an hour or two, then the RPM on max speed slows down to about 1/4 speed. It's not even hot, or dusty, or dirty when this happens. Turn it off for 10 minutes, and it does the same thing. I use it for working on cars now, it's not effective enough to be used in my room. Kind of disappointing for the price, which wasn't cheap at all.
