simple, no fillers
No fillers!!!So happy I found this Magnesium Glycinate by Bestvite. My husband and I take 1 every night and have already noticed an improvement in our sleep. Filler Free Magnesium
I switched to this brand of Magnesium glycinate because there’s nothing else in their capsules, just pure magnesium glycinate. I am so happy to have found a clean Magnesium supplement, and this one works great!Each capsule has 100mg of elemental magnesium so I tend to just take 1-2 a night and that works for me. I like that their facility is NSF certified as well, I will be a customer for many years.

No extra junk in these vitamins, they are great!
Wanted to start taking Magnesium Glycinate supplements, and was SHOCKED how much "extra junk" most supplements add (not just for this vitamin, but in ALL vitamins). As someone who has become more careful about what I ingest, the fact that this has almost no extra ingredients is a huge WIN! My only regret is that BESTVITE doesn't sell all the other vitamins I take, as I'd happily switch to them in a heart beat for this reason. Also surprising is that this glycinate "clean" vitamin is in many cases less expensive than the extra junk options. WIN WIN as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend this product.

Bestvite Magnesium Glycinate??
I had the experience of another reviewer that dealt with diarrhea after taking this magnesium. In addition, I noticed that an additional reviewer cautioned about starting slowly with magnesium. However, with magnesium glydinate, this should not be the case. It does not affect the gut. Yet when I switched my Optimum Magnesium Glycinate to the Bestvite brand, I had a major side effects. With the former, I never had any intestinal issues. It would stand to reason that this Bestvite may not be a pure magnesium glycinate as claimed.

Serving size changed from 3 to 4 pills with new packaging
When I bought this several months ago it was 3 pills to take for the suggested dose. Now the serving size is 4 pills for the same amount of mg and its still the same 240 capsules in a bottle. I noticed the bottle color/label changed a bit so decided to check the label to see if any changes. That makes these cost more plus having to take 4 pills is a lot. I already didn't like it was 3 before. But decided to get these anyway since they didn't have a bunch of fillers in it. Definitely disappointed.

Well absorbed.
This mag is well absorbed, in my opinion glycinate being the best form of magnesium. Take throughout the day and when taken before bed assists with sleep.
