What size is the point on these pens?

I believe pens are medium point. Very nice nice pens. Given as stocking stuffers or along with journals and were well received.

Are these pens refillable when the ink runs out?

These pens do open so you may replace the ink.

I’m feeling really dumb, but how do you use these pens?? The gold cap on the bottom has no hole and doesn’t come off. Same with the top. Help?
