It was actually tight on me (I’m a petite girl). The band is medium/heavy resistance and works your butt off (literally). I originally bought this because the ankle straps at my gym are a Sherpa material that has matted, and I can only imagine what bacteria they harbor! But these are cute and easy to clean. Everything is a cushy foam except the band, and that is a tightly woven material. The band is really high resistance, but it works for what I use it for.
