The "User Guide" that comes with this makes IKEA instructions look like Pulitzer Prize winning work! You have to set the temperature in 2 stages and those stages do not match up with the instruction manual. I am still working out the kinks with this as my first shirt did NOT come out. I also thought the swing away design would be easier for making shirts, but I agree with another reviewer who said the lift design is easier.
