These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. Ida ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Supplement!! *by K***C on May 10, 2021* I recently discovered the benefits of Tallow when I switch to the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) diet. Which if anyone is suffering from autoimmune disease I highly recommend this diet. I lost over 20 lbs without even trying, and most of my painful symptoms are gone. Albeit a huge diet change going from low fat conscious vegan (80% raw) to eating meat. In switching to AIP (no nuts, dairy, beans, eggs, seeds or grains), I had to introduce meat into my diet, and could only cook with beef tallow, olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. I remember the first time I cooked with beef tallow (purchased a jar of it at local health store). I used it to pan fry riced cauliflower. Not only was the dish delicious, I truly felt like I was being nourished, strengthened, and energized from it. This was such an amazing feeling.I had cauliflower many times before so this had to be the beef tallow. I can’t say I ever felt this way from eating anything; except maybe juicing. From that moment on, I took every opportunity I could to cook with Beef Tallow but they were few and far in between to really get a consistent daily benefit from it. That’s when I stumbled across AS Tallow! Wow! What a game changer. I ordered them right away. I took 2 or 3 pills the first couple days and immediately saw a huge difference in my hair. My normally dry, frizzy hair, was now soft, shiny, and strong; like when I was in my 20s! I really couldn’t believe it!! My skin even seemed a little more supple. One word of caution don’t go taking 6 pills along with an garlic olive oil marinated steak, beef tallow soak cauliflower fried rice, and chocolate cover coconut desserts if you unknowingly have gallstones! Very painful. Based on symptoms it could have been food poisoning, but trip to ER uncovered tiny gallstones, so that’s what the doctor went with. And while it was an excruciatingly painful 3 days, and I probably won’t eat a steak ever again, I will risk that pain experimenting with dosages of AS Tallow supplements in the future. Starting out slow with recommended one a day of course. That’s how beneficially awesome and nutrient dense the AS Tallow capsules are! I pray that by starting the AS Gallbladder, it will allow me to one day reap the full benefits of AS Tallow again!
