The best henna I have ever used. The stain is so much better than other brands. It so finely sifted that not only did it wash out easily without the usual grainy clumps, but it seemed less was needed to cover my hair than other henna brands because it was such a smooth application (in fact I ended up using much less than I prepared). I used a chelating shampoo and followed their instructions to the letter.

I love it. It’s easy to rinse out and it gave my gray strands a nice deep red stain. I dye released with apple juice and left it in my hair for around 6 hours. I have also used Ancient Sunrise’s Rajasthani henna and this was good too. All of Ancient Sunrise’s henna are good quality and the customer service is awesome too. I feel as if I could choose any of their hennas and get good results.

After trying most of the henna available on the market, I found Ancient Sunrise about 5 yers ago, and I never shopped for natural hair color anywhere else since. They have the best quality henna, cassia, indigo out there. I also use their fruit acids, rainwash, shampoo bars all very good. Whatever you need for coloring your hair naturally, they have it. Their customer service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
