I really like it. Kind of hard going cold turkey on all the food. I get headaches almost everyday and I am sure it is some kind of food I am eating. I am looking forward to being headache free, if food is the source. I will let you know.

Honestly did nothing for me. If anything it made me feel hungrier. It is disappointing because I have really enjoyed JJ Virgins books.
