Small Quantity
The quantity really surprises you! The exterior package is already in a medium size, but you hope that the product is of that size. Then you open it, you find another smaller box. You hope that's it, but the product container is smaller than that (like 1/2 size of it). You are already disappointed. And then you open the container only to find the cream content half filled. I hope the quality satisfies me at least.
